I don't have any off hand but I have a subscription to Everyday Food that I glance through when I'm pressed for time.
Although my mom does this thing where she stabs boneless, skinless chicken breasts to hell and back with a fork and sticks them in a covered tupperware container filled with Italian dressing while she's out at work.

Fast forward a few hours (depending on your schedule but the longer the better) you pull them out of the fridge, line them up in a casserole dish or rectangular glass baking dish, pour the leftover dressing over and bake them until they're cooked through but not dry.

It's amazing with some rice or potatoes and a veggie. ^_^
