I seriously love eggs. Any way you make them. Hard-boiled, poached, over-easy, sunny side up, scrambled, baked, omelette-style, quiche, frittata, tortilla espanola...I love them.

Being that I use to refuse to eat eggs in any way until just recently, I'm not up with all the fancy cooking terms for them. The only way I'll eat them is fried and the yolk has to be popped open and the whole thing has to be EXTREMELY well cooked. I'll only ever touch the free range ones from a certain brand cause they don't stink when cooking. The smell of eggs cooking makes me gag.

Weird question. I love omelets, but I also love over-easy eggs on an english muffin with cream cheese and bacon. My boyfriend makes that for me sometimes. Mmmm. This is why I love him.

In the last fifteen years, I can count on one hand how many times I've willing eaten an egg that wasn't mixed into a batter or part of a Chinese dish.

They smell like sulfur to me and I can't stand it.

Depends on my mood and who's cooking. I love fluffy moist scrambled eggs, but not like, wet. Mostly I don't want them dry. But most of the time I eat them sunny side up.
