An omelette or hard boiled eggs are yummy! Actually hard boiled eggs are great for practicing oral. The egg white actually has little layers that can be peeled and peeled until reaching the yolk.

In cake. Sorry, I can't stand eggs no matter how they're cooked. They're one of my all time least favorite foods.

I object to scrambled eggs being in the same category as an omelette; if your scrambled eggs have the same consistency as an omelette, then they're really overcooked.

A soft, fluffy omelette is probably my favourite, but nothing tops a nice fried egg sandwich or eggy in a basket from time to time.
Not to mention quiche and frittatas, although that's getting a little more complicated.
I'm also a huge fan of poached eggs.

All ways, but I love keeping hard boiled eggs on hand for an easy snack. When I buy eggs, I buy them two dozen at a time and usually boil at least 7 of them right away, so I have one for each day of the week to snack on.

Everyone I know that has ever been around me when I eat eggs, know if there are eggs on my plate, they had better be mixed in with something, in a sandwich- basically cannot see the egg, OR they must be sunny side up. Or they will just sit there.

I also like to take the yolks out of hard boiled eggs, as some mayonnaise, some salt a tiny grain of sugar and mash it, then spread it on crackers. MMMM! I eat this for lunch for days after Easter. I don't know why I don't think to boil an entire dozen eggs other times. Everyone in our family loves hard boiled eggs. As with sunny side up, the dogs get my egg whites.
