Chipotle = every couple of weeks.
Pizza, Chinese Food, McDonalds = never.

It is pretty rare for me, but in a pinch I'll get a bean & cheese burrito from Taco Bell. If there were a fast food place that had fresh organic veggies and healthy menu items, I would probably eat it more often. Since I'm used to having severely limited options for eating out, I always keep a protein bar with me, just in case I can't get home to eat my "good" food.

More often than I should! Boyfriend and I both work late, so we end up hitting fast food way too often. (We both work at restaurants, and don't feel like cooking after work, especially at midnight.)

I've cut way back. There are times I still crave a Big Mac, but it isn't all that often. Maybe once every couple of months.

I try for never, but sometimes we just dont have the time to wait to get home and cook a meal. Or we are out on a long road trip and do not want to take the time to sit down and eat.

we rarely eat out anymore..prior to last November, we would eat out about once a week..but since hubby had gastric sleeve, we don't eat out very often and not fast food that is greasy..Subway or grilled chicken is about all we go for.
