Hm...for dieting, I just suggest cutting out as much carbs and fats that you can and go mostly with protein/vegetables. Eat more veggies -- they have the lowest calorie count.

One of my favorite foods to eat is tofu. The way that I cook it is to slice it into rectangular slabs. Put a little oil into the pan (or wok -- I use Canola) while the stove is on and then put the pieces of tofu in. Cover it for a few minutes and then flip the tofu pieces around. Add salt and cook until golden brown. Add a little bit of green onion (sliced) and cook for another minute. Then, it's finished. It should be a little crunchy on the outside, salty, and soft. It's a simple Chinese way to cook it, but it tastes SOOO much better than any American way I have ever eaten tofu.

me either other than healthy, not a lot of calorie ones. Salad i guess ill get use to eating and fruits/veggies. and thanks im on day 3 tonite it's really hard but doable.

What is tofu? i think that's the stuff i heard that's fake meat. not too sure. i may try that/ thanks

I'm working on it - I have a before pic (im on day 3 tonite). I made a youtube folder for videos day 1 and week 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. i've had RUDE comments on there, so i had to make it where i approve any comments that go thru, so only 1 or 2 so far are approved. pretty sad since im only 117 lbs and am 4'10".

rude as in how? Your weight? That's ridiculous. I'm a size XL, and weigh slightly over 160 so if you're getting rude comments about your weight, I could only imagine the comments I'd get!

It was a chick I know's friend who hates me apparently. Very immature to say the least. She was putting out my business bout my past 4 yrs ago that is not even effective for 2012 = how my husband and I met, etc and how i have ugly kids etc. HELL NO u do not put down my family ever! Not bout my weight, was not even about the video so idk what their point was in it. it was denied and person blocked. I don't know for sure that's who it was though. I'm a medium or large in shirts. and 7 junior jeans or a 9 depending on brand. heaviest i've been is like 133 and that wasn't when i was pregnant. i was 128 the day i had daughter in 2008 and i gained 25 lbs then so idk. whatever boosts their pride lol.. so now i just make it so i have to approve comments because of it. and some person said i won't make it to week 1 - yes i will there are 8 weeks not 1.

I use a lot of turkey instead of beef. I make a Mexican casserole that feeds 4 (four) and everyone raves on my meatloaf too. I will send you a few of my recipes if you like. Just let me know. Low fat/ low cholesterol/ low sodium meals that taste great. I have been loosing weight steadily for over a year.

I recently went totally Paleo with my diet. It's meats and veggies/fruits cutting out things like breads and dairy. As well as any junk foods. When I am back to my computer ill post a link to the page where I learned about it to give you some more information.

I lost a lot of weight just by cutting out starchy and sugary foods like rice , pasta, bread, potato's and anything with sugar in it. I basically stuck to lean meats, vegetables, eggs and for a sweet treat, I would have a sugar free Popsicle. I did this and a lot of walking for a month and lost 24 lbs.

And I am the same way, I haven't totally switched over myself. I still do have my soda now and then as well as some dairy cause I just don't want to give up cheese, I love it too much.
