Recipe for Fondue?

We do a chocolate fondue with 12 oz of chocolate chips to 8 oz of heavy cream, heat slowly and whisk a TON. Sometimes we flavor our chocolate with something. Our favorite is about 2 tbsp of orange zest and about 1-2 tsp of orange juice and a splash of disaronno. Another amaretto liquor, or probably endless liquor options would work as well. Baileys works well too. We dip whatever we're feeling like, berries, apples, orange slices, cantaloupe, graham crackers, marshmallows, various cookies. Good blackberries are my personal fave. Basically we just experiment with fondue without any hard, fast recipes. Once in a while something flops but mostly it's good.
