So I love secret recipes, espically ones that I make up myself. I love to have that little secret thing that I add that makes it special or having recipes that have been handed down to me from my family members. Do any of you have things like this?

Oh, definitely!!! For instance, I hate mayonaise so I use sour cream in my deviled eggs and potato salad--everyone raves about the flavor!!

I have awesome tricks that I pick up from fellow cooking nerds.
So far my favorite trick that no one believes until they try it: Roasted asparagus with NUTMEG. They compliment each other perfectly.
