I only eat onions or garlic if my partner's eating them too, because the smell on your breath and in your fluids is kind of distracting unless you're both in it together.
I don't particularly have a favorite... probably some kind of fruit, like figs or pomegranates.

I don't think I've ever given it very much thought. I know what I love to eat after sex!! Anything chocolate or decadent with something savory. I love protein after sex.

I second the garlic. You can smell that stuff for days and my husband complains about it.

I've actually never thought about it before. I do tend to avoid anything with onions as my lady doesn't like onions at all, but I do that whether or not we're having sex. And we almost never plan to have sex so it's usually spontaneous, which I like.

We'll eat anything, but I think somethink light, but filling, and not heavy on the carbs because then the heaviness in your tummy can hinder stuff.

There are several foods that are on the no fly list with me and my wife. Pasta, Chili,items with onion or garlic, and foods that have a tendency to expand in ones stomach. A full stomach is not conducive to a good sexual experience.
