We always have a lot of leftovers from a holiday dinner. I make turkey pot pies with the leftovers. What do you do with your leftovers?

I make a casserole out of the turkey, potatoes, stuffing and gravy and freeze it, make pot pies and tv dinners for no cook nights.

TV DINNER--get disposable plates that are microwave safe and have compartments. Add a portion of each food to a compartment. To seal and make freezer safe for 1 month, wrap fully in saran wrap and then aluminum foil. You may use a seal-a-meal for longer storage. I also place the foil wrapped plate in a gallon freezer bag and seal if I am out of my seal a meal bags. Do not forget to write the date and food in the meal on a safe place with a waterproof permanent marker!

Whatever's left goes in the fridge and we'll eat it throughout the week if we're still in the mood, which usually I'm always in the mood for dressing and ham

I will have at least one night I call turkey day take two or three where I heat everything up all over again. Usually also have one or two hot turkey dinners where I heat up gravy and turkey and pour it over leftover rolls. Plus we make sandwiches with turkey stuffing cranberry sauce. Yum!

Turkey noodle soup, turkey salad sandwiches ...

The rest of the stuff is usually nibbled at for the next few days.

Although I'm making potato pancakes with the mashed potatoes this year to go with split and fried kielbasa.
