I put (lots of) queso, salsa, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole (sometimes jalapeno peppers as well).

I've never tried black olives on my nachos, it sounds great though!

I don't really care for nachos, but when I do make them I drown them in cheese and sour cream.

My favorite is nachos with BBQ chicken or pork. For toppings I do cheddar, onion, pepper, and plain Greek yogurt (you think it's weird, but it tastes just like sour cream and is way healthier).

I put ground beef, refried beans, queso, salsa, and sometimes I have some guacamole and sour cream on the side to dip it in!
