I love, Love, LOVE cheese! I love munster, swiss, cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, brie, gruyere, goat, etc... What is your favorite type of cheese?
Oh! You just had to say cheese! Lol. My partner was just joking with me earlier about if the world were to end he'd have to learn to make cheese! Ha Ha. I am a huge, huge cheese lover too. I probably eat WAY too much cheese. I have cheese on nearly everything. I love sharp cheddar the most. I get extra cheddar on everything! SubWay, Chili cheese fries, etc. and it's still not enough. Lol. Kidding, but seriously, I think I'd be just as happy if I ordered chili cheese fries and they handed me a sack full of cheese.
I love all cheese though, but always prefer sharp cheddar. I like goat's cheese on salads, but it's so strong that I only use a handfull or less at a time. Mozarella--yes! Yes! Yes! Especially mozarella cheese sticks!
Oh, now I don't know about that bleu cheese. I don't think I'd love it, but never really had much of it. I do like provolone, american, etc. Never even heard of gruyere. There is one cheese I don't like much at all and it's that swiss cheese. Sometimes it's good like the slices for deli sandwiches, but there have been times when I've eaten it and been disgusted. Weird.

Kendra: If you ever have a hamburger, order it with melted blue cheese on top with all the other fixings and I think you will really like. I believe Red Robin has it on their menu!
