i'll be here tonight. simply adore this movie. it was so heartwarming, adult, canny, and entertaining. my favorite johnny depp movie, and i dont even remotely like him as an actor, usually!

let me say that the intro to this movie was the most interesting opening credits scene i've seen probably... ever.
it sets the romantic scene so well. it's a different kind of romance too. one that's more real. more somber, more painful. i really enjoyed it.

Tim Burton is from Burbank where I live currently in Los Angeles. Which is the basis for the town in this movie. It is nothing like he said, he took a lot of liberty describing it.

So tonight was the first time I had ever seen this movie, and I really enjoyed it.... in a weird way, LOL I LOVE THE FLICKS CLUB!!!! Cause I would have never watched it otherwise!
