Im a little late to the convo and i know you have moved on in topics, but I finally stepped out into the kink world last weekend after almost 10 years of trying to figure out what I need and I loved it. I went to a shibari class and got tied up and partialy suspended...It was such a great experience and the people were so welcoming.

We have all kinds of fancy canes and paddles, but my favorite implement to be whacked with during impact play is still the 80 cent wood dowel from Home Depot!

The webbing I use is the stuff you can find at a military surplus or that EMTs use for backboards. It comes in all sorts of awesome colours, so that's a fun option too!

What I like about them is that you can use other cuffs and a clip or a carabiner to attach your own cuffs to the restraints... you aren't limited to their cuffs

Oh it's a definite love/hate thing. I suspect greatly I'm going to love it when he's making it and hate it when it's finished.

But, I wear the shiny thing... I'm not privy to details on how he makes them yet. Until he decides I have to make them that is. He's contemplating a tack bra right now. Making your own torture devices is such a lovely mindfuck.
