It doesn't come naturally to most people. It's not good to force kink onto someone either, because it can end up making them resentful in the end. It doesn't hurt to talk about it with him, but make sure you're doing it on his terms and ending the discussion when he begins to feel uncomfortable

I am working on a scene for my husband, as he is encouraging me to switch things up. I like to try to top my husband, but I am a sub through and through it is so hard! Is that a trap too?

Me and VC have our small power struggles from time to time and even for me, a Master and Sadist of epic proportions I still sometimes just want to relax and not decide anything for a while. But it's a relationship just like any other and there is give and take.

Not at all. Topping can be fun, but you need to be comfortable with it while you're doing it. Think of it as performing a service for your husband. It's something he wants you to do so you're still submitting to him. Does that make any sense?

I top from the bottom all the time, he wants me to switch and be the Dom completely for a night. I feel silly. I have the music to set the mood on 3 discs. I have the outfit and I even have my tools. I have tried to work out the dialog in my head and it sounds so bizarre coming out of my mouth.
