Which are your guy's favorite DVD workout program? They are super expensive so I wanted opinions before I decide to buy one.

You can't go wrong with Jillian Michaels. Her DVDs are less than $10 at Wal Mart and crazy good, as long as you're not looking for Insanity of P90X. I love her 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, and Yoga Meltdown. Her Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism is 50 (ish) minutes of hardcore cardio, but I haven't tried that yet. I don't think she has a bad DVD out, to be honest.

thank you so much! I was looking at p90x or insanity, but I will probably give this a try since it is so much cheaper!

Her 30 day videos can be a great way to warm up to Insanity or P90x if you're not in the best shape. She also has a 90 day program like P90X called the Body Revolution, but it's still $120
