Hey Everyone!

I hope that everyone has had a great month and has been making strides in their decisions to live healthier.

We are going to be meeting here on Wednesday, March 23, at 8 pm EST. Be prepared to talk about how you did with your water consumption. We are also going to discuss this month’s goal and some other great things.

But I have something for you guys to do. From now until the meeting I want you to think of contest ideas for this club. It has to be something that inspires a healthier lifestyle! So get your thinking caps on and be ready on Wednesday! Can’t wait to see you there! Don't post any ideas until the meeting!
