Epic Rant: Episode 1 - Elitists

This is a rant/opinion post about something I read about in a BDSM forum. A poster stated that she believed that only *her* tattooed collar was permanent. It was her belief that people with metal collars should call them "Mostly shut collars" and that they were only a mere piece of jewelry.

Okay, I'll be honest, I can't stand stuff like this. I take issue with it because not only is the Poster in question trying to make herself seem "Kinkier than Thou" by putting a great many people down, but also because of the fact that she is trying to dictate what goes on in people's relationships and trying to tell them what to call something, to which she has no right.

Had she said something along the lines of, "Well, I have a Tattooed collar, and I personally believe, in my opinion, that this is as close to permanent as it gets. But hey to each their own". That would have been one thing. She would have been stating her opinion, not expressing and presenting them as "fact", like she did, and bossing people around in the process...."

A Time of Soul-Searching

This post is about the Soul-Searching I've recently done to try and figure out whether I am Synthetik's Submissive or Slave. Also, it talks about how, in the process of this soul-search, I learned something new about him that gives our relationship a whole new facet and dynamic.
