I admit I've stumbled on this half by accident, but I've been looking lately for some similarly-minded folks to learn what people truly enjoy in erotic literature, and so I am happy that I have found this place. It's very nice to see people comfortable with their opinions and willing to present their wonderful work and ideas before a supportive audience.
I am an aspiring writer -- like so many others, I'm certain -- and though I do not write full-on erotica, I do dabble in some steamier scenes from time to time, and would like to make them as close to perfect as I can. I came here, and to places like it, looking for what people find attractive in such works. I would much like to enjoy some level of observance and/or participation in your lovely community.
My problem is that I could not easily find a post clearly stating what you desire from people amidst the forum, what sort of rules you place on posting, that sort of thing. (If it is marked clearly under a stickied post somewhere and I did not see it, I do sincerely apologize -- could you please direct me there?) I understand you seem to be a pretty open community, and I think that's great! But I would appreciate it if someone who has been around could say a few words regarding what conforms to the true spirit of this forum. Thanks very much!
