I kind of self trained, parents idea of camping was the Super 8. lol A few good friends to learn with, books and some good maps got us started.

Pretty much why we moved into this house. I have about 200 sq acres of state land backing mine. Most of it is swam/marsh but that is nice too, if nothing else I know no one will build a house behind me.

I was a camper as a kid, but now I don't do outdoors, I spent my time sleeping on lumpy hard ground in tents already

I fixed that with mattress pads from an hospital, they ordered to many and offered them to us. Almost like sleeping at home.
