Confidence is definitely key to sexuality!

I've been trying to make sense of my confidence lately, so this book came at a good time for me I'm more confident sexually than in other areas of my life, seems like (maybe I'm the odd one out here), but I've been looking at how confidence should work in the clothes-on realms as well.

Hi all! My first meeting! SO excited I am off work and able to join in. I can't wait to read this book. I agree with Discreet Lover - you have to believe you are sexy to fell sexy and exude that sexy image. When I don't feel sexy I get myself all warmed up mentally reading erotica or thinking about a good experience. Then I try to "act" myself as that character or previous me from an encounter.

Confidence is TOTALLY an important factor in sexuality -- looking, feeling, acting, and being sexy. I think it's impossible without some level of confidence.

I think that in order to have confidence in yourself you need to ignore what the media tells us we, as women, should look like and how we shold feel and act. You have to be your own person and be comfortable with who you are. Trying to be someone you're not is only going to cause more damage to your self esteem.

Confidence is definitely sexy, whether you aim at a high-femme image or not. Even though I'm the type who thinks first of an Italian dagger when I see the word stiletto, and shoes are only a distant second, I could see how many of the lessons in the book could apply to anyone.

i've not gotten a chance to read the book yet, but have just glimpsed the discussion about it. not officially in the naked reader club but just dropping in.

i read 'the power of Now' and found it sincerely inspirational. i found every time i picked it up i felt i was becoming a more calm, accepting, peaceful, wise person. honestly!

i'm interested in reading what others have to say about your book and will definitely pick it up on my next eden shopping trip!
