I would be very happy to send our book "Healing Sex" which is for recovering from rape and sexual abuse. Staci Haines is a survivor of this and has devoted her life to helping others reclaim their sexuality. If you want to give Liz your info and address or you can email me at bknight@cleispress.com .

What a healing move that you can discuss it with others-well on your way!

Another sensual pleasure, which I am lucky enough to be experiencing right now, is a silky cat with her fall coat deciding to curl up on top of you and purr.

Um, 120 lbs is so NOT fat. I was probably that weight in 7th grade (I'm pretty tall, though.) I've tried, but I can't get myself below 140. It's like my body says, "I like where we're at, thanks," and I've accepted that.

My daughter didn't believe me when I told her that Beyonce was technically plus sized. She thought she was skinny.

Yea, I have LITERALLY no sex drive. EVER! I am going to have blood work done in January to test my hormone levels, but I think it is just after having 6 kids, I have no need for sex anymore.....hubby on the other hand......well, he's male.
You absolutely should get tested to make sure that your hormones aren't the culprit, but also understand that your most potent sex organ, your brain, my be caught up in thinking about everything but sex. Your body too is different, and I'm sure with six kids, you're tired as hell!

One thing I tell my clients in your situation is first, Keep the power over your sex life. That often means redefining what sex means in your relationship. Keeping the intimacy alive through kissing, cuddling and mutual masturbation can be just enough when you're just not physically or mentally capable.

Plan a sexcation (a weekend dedicated to sex) and consider creating your own Lust For Me holiday that celebrates your desire for each other. Pick any nondescript holiday or make your own date and build your sexy traditions around it. I have one couple who exchange adult toys on their lust for me day!

In the Power of WOW I also have some simple seduction tips to keep the sexy alive that don't take a lot of effort but have maximum effect.

Don't beat yourself up, find ways to change your sexitude. It will change your sex life!

I think that because of what is portrayed as "normal" for girls now-a-days really does harm almost every adolescent out there. Girls are either underweight and starving themselves, normal weight and wishing they were skinnier or over weight and severely depressed because they want to be pencil thin.

Currently I am 156. I am doing the HCG diet and lost 20lbs so far. I want to be 125-130 though. I have had 6 kids and all my weight is in my belly, so even if I wear sexy clothing, my gut hangs all over it...yuck

A book like this could be good step toward handling things, since you can take it at your own pace and privately. Face-to-face experience is important, too, though.

Take my advice and make your role model Mother Nature! She understands the perfection in imperfection and the role individuality (think snowflakes)plays in true beauty. As I like to say, "Confidence is Mother Nature's push up bra!"

I remember gaining a lot of weight when I went off to college. When I came home for a visit about a year later one of my guy friends said that I was cute before but was really hot not that I was "thick". That made me feel very sexy.

I've read that book, I actually reviewed it. I had a sexual aggression on the border of being a rape, and I had been curious about the book and requested it. The book helps you start from scratch, but a lot of things might feel useless depending on where you are in your healing process.

The most useful thing the book did for me... was to realize that no matter what decisions I took at the time, it wasn't my fault. And it's surprisingly hard not to feel responsible in some ways.
