I think that this was one of the greatest things about this book, her writing made it possible to relax, made it less of a how-to and more of a friend with good advice.

Hell you never know HE might actually like it! Nothing like a little pegging to bring a couple together.

Since I haven't read it, can someone tell me how much info the Guide to Anal Sex has on performing anal sex/anal play on men? If any at all? I'm not so much a receiver in this area, but definitely a giver always looking to learn more.

I like Liquid Silk, which is water-based but has a touch of silicone in it that makes the difference.

I am not a fan of super-thick lubes or anything that feels greasy. I don't know that this would work for everybody, in an anal capacity, but it works very well for me.

We actually have a harness/dildo set and he does like it. It's not something that comes out all the time but we're looking into more dildos for him in the future.

Oh, holy crap!

Yes... I've now got a new phobia! That's a very, very good reason to want to keep the fingers out of your butt.

I do like Violet's how-to and education books for that reason. They are very easy to read and don't feel clinical or "educational."

I do too - I seem to get more information out of them because I can't stop reading. She has a great conversational style to her writing.

Exactly, even when you ARE there mentally, it does not mean that your body will co-operate.

There is a WEALTH of information for men about how to make it pleasurable, male anatomy, how to stroke the prostate and even why it might be healthy for guys to do this. She goes into great detail about how liking anal sex doesn't make a man gay unless he likes haveing anal sex with other guys!
