And having erotica lying around is probably not good for my grandfather's blood pressure, I'm living at home right now

We can discuss whichever, but Never Have the Same Sex Twice, had some good tips and ideas and was pretty hot.

And I really like all the clips of various erotica she used to make her points... made it more fun to read!

I enjoyed the ones about dressing up, cause that's kind of a thing I really enjoy.

I have a friend of mine who wants to spice up her relationship but she's anti doing anything girly. Makeup, hair, perfume, lingerie, anything. Completely not wanting to be feminine, I might let her read this.

Fabulous! Illusional gets to kick off the conversation! What did you think about Never Have the Same Sex Twice? Did it inspire you? How did you like the little fictional snippets interspersed throughout the book to illustrate Alison Tyler's examples?

There really are great points for everyone, not just women, even if it is geared towards us

It totally inspired me! Since my boyfriend and I are in a long distance thing, I kinda want to make sex more.. "shazaam!"
Not to say he doesn't enjoy it, but I'm very very shy and sometimes the ideas don't come when it comes to sex.

I've got some great ideas for Valentine's though.

The fictional snippets were pretty hot and didn't make me feel like I was reading some boring manual.

Oh good, you read it too, Alys! How do you feel about this kind of how-to book? I think Alison Tyler has a very unique and conversation approach to her style, so I liked this particular nonfiction "guide" more than others.

I really liked the way that she set the book up, starting off each chapter with a tip to improving/spicing up a relationship, and then having the small bits of stories that exemplify different takes on each tip. It made it more fun to read and provided even more inspiration.

Ooh, what are your Valentine's ideas? We're still trying to figure out if we can even do anything, lol

I do like that it didn't read like a step-by-step how-to manual... made the whole concept more approachable and very doable ... if I wasn't single

Do you think that kind of tip might encourage some who is anti-girly to be more girly? For me, it felt like a reminder to do those things I like to do, but maybe forget to take the time to do.

Oh, lovely! What a great Valentine's Day gift.

Care to share which tips were particularly appealing?

I tend to not read a lot of sex "how-to" books but this has peaked my interest. I will definitely check it out!

That's great! I liked the way it flowed from one idea to the next. And I think it could be read and enjoyed by a couple.
