It is like a bath/shower scrub for the body made from sugar and natural oils and moisturizers as well as either essential or fragrance oils for the scent.
I choose the oils I use based on their natural properties and benefits for the skin.

Although if you use sugar for a scrub you should use some grapeseed extract as a preservative or make sure you use it quickly. I made a vanilla sugar scrub for my daughter and it got moldy fast.

How long does the preservative help it keep in your experience?

My personal favorite was "Wired." It's about a female office worker who decides to tie up one of her colleagues after hours when she finds out he'd into that sort of thing. It's pretty light-hearted since she doesn't *really* know what she's doing. But it's hott too, and after she gets him all trussed to his chair with scarves and computer cables, she starts snapping photos of him.

I have never had one mold. But I do use grapeseed oil in them. Its really good for your skin!

No one type was focused on. Really, there was a HUGE variety in this book. The only "sameness" about it was that most of the stories were from the submissive point of view.

Is there another preservative that works in the recipes? I'm allergic to the grapeseed extract.

You can mix sugar and oil or salt and oil together with some essential oils for making it nicely smelly and use in the shower to exfoliate and moisturize at the same time.

I'm the opposite actually, but I still enjoyed reading it. A lot of the stories really touched on the emotional mindset of the sub while they were being bound, and it was interesting to me.
