Anyone else having trouble getting April Porn Club Assignments shipped?

My Porn Club Assignments were due to ship on the 9th to arrive on the 12th. When I didn't get anything on Sat. I called and talked to someone at Eden regarding this and was told it would ship first thing on Monday. When I still didn't get a shipping notice this evening, I submitted a support ticket. I am hoping to get an answer from someone tomorrow.

However, when I pull up my order it states it is In Process with a date of Jan 1.

Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

They shipped mine via UPS this time instead of USPS Priority Mail. It took a few extra days to get here.

Same here, got mine last night. Took two more days than normal. I think it has to do with the move.

I only have a PO Box and UPS doesn't ship to a PO Box. I still have gotten no word back on my support ticket either.

I checked Liberator's site just to see what their shipping policy is for Alaska and was reminded why I didn't get our Liberator ramp/wedge from them directly. It would have cost me over $100 in shipping alone!

I certainly hope Eden is not going to adopt that policy as well. Liberator only ships USPS Parcel Post, which will get to me in 60 days. I don't get it...confused because USPS Flat Rate Priority costs the same, regardless of where in the 50 states you send it.

I hope this doesn't effect assignments and not getting the reviews in in a timely manner.

I accepted the porn review assignments the day they were issued and as far as I can tell, they have not yet shipped. My original estimated date for arrival was last Friday. It currently says today, which is obviously not going to happen either. I assumed it was all related to the move.

I was worried it was just me because of living in Alaska. I hope they figure it out soon. Not sure what else to do.

Strangely, I received a shipment notice for an order I placed 2 days ago, and yet the porn assignments still haven't shipped. Maybe they only had a limited initial quantity and are waiting for more?

Odd, I accepted the assignment the moment I got it. I can't imagine they would be out of them that quickly. Either way, I hope they figure it out soon. I hate the idea of doing my review after Porn Club happens. That is assuming, the movie ever ship.

I accepted about 5 mins after they were assigned and I actually missed the UPS guy today so I will have it tomorrow. And for me it had to cross the border. Maybe it was a numbers thing?

I just accepted my assignments yesterday, so I have no room to talk about delayed shipments. ^_^;
I hope everyone gets their movies soon though (myself included)!

I got a response to my support ticket today. It says it is a shipping delay due to the merge as it will ship soon, but gave no indication when soon would be. My order still says it is In Process with estimated arrival date of March 12.

I'm in the same position. Two other orders have shipped that I've placed since, but the porn club assignments are still in limbo.

I'm having the same problem. I accepted the assignment awhile ago, but only got half of my order which included that free toy...

Still haven't received my assignment. I'm pretty sure it's because of the move to Atlanta....

If you have not received them, I would send Gary an email. Last month I had the same problem. He cancelled the assignment and re-assigned it, worked great. I received mine for this month last week.

Ok everyone, the problem was resolved today and all of your DVDs (for those of you having a problem) should ship out today. I will double check all the orders myself, but please email me if there are any further problems.

Depends when you sent it. If it was after the assignments went out for this month, you will be in the next round.

That might be it. I emailed them March 17th but they needed my screen name, So I sent that to him on the 22nd.

So how does this work. You e-mail him and thats it. You'll just get added to the list and don't hear anything back. I'm not complaining, just wondering. What's the time frame everything starts?
