Oh man. I ended up setting a timer on a space heater for occasions like that. Now the heater comes on in the morning before I get up and the bedroom is a somewhat decent temperature.

I like either 4 cheese pizza with a thick crust or pepperoni and cheese on a thin crust. I always dip my pizza in ranch dressing, too.

There's this really good pizza place near my house that's literally like a hole in the wall. It's kind of sketchy looking, and the buildings about 5 feet wide, with nowhere to sit. But they make the best thin crust pizza. It's all homemade and they have some yummy toppings, like roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts.

That's one of my faves! Artichoke hearts, green and black olive and tomatoes.

When I was a kid, my mom always baked stuff with me. I had the Easy Bake Oven to make stuff on my own, too. Home baked food always tastes so much better than store-bought, so I try to bake something up for myself and my fiance at least once a month. Since he helps me, it gives us time to spend together away from the TV or computer.

I like how baking on my own allows me to switch up ingredients. I like brownies, but I don't like eating the oil that they always require, so being able to switch the oil out with yogurt is great.

I don't like when I get stubborn students, who won't make the changes I suggest. I've had some where they just send the review back to me without adding what I've asked them to include. I don't understand why people take a class if they're not willing to learn and take input.

I love when I get students that really want to learn, and make a lot of progress. It makes me really happy when they tell me they enjoyed taking the class, and feel like they learned a lot from it.
