I love to bake, especially cupcakes. They are fun, easy to make, and their size means you can have a couple of them without feeling too guilty! Baking cupcakes is also an awesome family activity. I will provide the recipes for 8 different cupcakes and their frosting, as well as tips to perfect your cupcakes. I am so into baking cupcakes--mine tend to come out different sizes and shapes and sometimes stick to the pan, but I am working on it. I am looking forward to learning more at the upcoming workshop!! OH--and I won't even feel bad if I gain a few pounds--cupcakes are so worth it! less
