how girly is too girly for you women, or in your opinion men? can a girl go overboard w makeup dress perfume and hair and tan?

Hell ya. I do my nails hair and makeup and I do fill in my eyebrows, but eyebrows that are plucked right off and then drawn back on drive me nuts- so does really dark, black or purple or orange lipstick and crazy old lady blush. If you're spending hundreds of dollars every month on your hair face and nails and can't pay your bills then you have a problem. In high school my best friend used to take 3 hours to get ready every morning. She put so much time and effort into it that if she went to school without doing it people would ask her if she was sick-they'd basically complain.
