i think it depends on who's in a relationship and what kind of relationship it is. personally, i think it would devastate me but i know lots of people benefit from it. it's very emotional and from my understanding, it can be kind of awkward the first time. if you do it, make sure to be mentally and emotionally prepared!

I think this is also something my boyfriend is interested in. but it makes me uncomfortable, like he's sick of me and its an excuse to be with someone else. am i too insecure??
