Push down as hard as you can where the pubic bone meets the bottom of your stomach. Now insert your pointer and middle finger into your vagina about 1 1/2-2 1/2 inches with the finger pads facing up toward your ceiling. Systematically run your fingers around in a half circle, keeping them facing your vaginal wall. When you feel a small dime to nickel sized area that is bumpy or ridged feeling, you have reached your destination!! That is your g-spot. It does shift a bit with the movement and flex of your vagina.

You probably won't get any feeling for a few minutes until it 'wakes up', but as soon as you feel like you have to pee, it is 'awake' and you are starting to stimulate it properly.
