I went over to my dads house today and spent the day cleaning for him. He lives alone and is so busy helping everyone else all that time that he never has time to clean his house. He was happy to see a clean house!

I split wood for my father-in-law. He's always been there to help me out and it was great that I got to do something for him.

I spread the love by always thanking and appreciating everything my partner does for me and our little family. I also tell him I love him whenever the thought comes into my brain! As for strangers, just smile and say thank you! You will be surprised how good it feels and how much its appreciated and returned!

Every Easter my grandparents hide eggs outside for everyone to go find after our family lunch. Today I gave all the eggs I found to my littlest cousin. She ended up having the most eggs at the end and got 10$. She was so happy! It was so worth it!

I spread the joy by giving away items from my handmade gift business. People don't expect to get a gift out of the blue, for no reason I also spread the joy to my fiance each day by playing a little game of "try not to laugh". I can ALWAYS make him laugh no matter how hard he tries not to and in the end it leaves us both giggling and in a good mood

Saturday morning is when my husband and I run our errands. We had to go to the grocery and to refuel the gas tank, as we were pulling out towards the entrance to the main street, he asked if we should go to the gas station first or if we should hit the grocery first. I said that we should probably go to the grocery first and then hit the gas station because the store was likely to be a madhouse with us waiting in line for awhile. I was right. We were having steak for dinner but we only wanted one, so we asked the girl at the meat counter to split a package up for us because the only choice was two steaks or four steaks, but we were picking up other stuff to go with it. As we're waiting for the seafood counter girl to bag up our shrimp, there was a gentleman showing pictures of his granddaughter to the woman behind the counter. He was flirting with her and she was kind of embarrassed by it all.

When she came back with the new package for us, she was telling us how he'd been up there at least four times and she couldn't stop giggling. She was probably a grandmother herself and had a really fun personality. So I told her that if he came 'round again to tell him that we were taking her out that night and he'd have to stand in line. She was tickled to death by it. And we probably made her day.

So we have our food and we go to the gas station. As we're getting ready to leave, an elderly woman asked my husband for directions. She was just a half mile from where she needed to be and her husband and run in to ask for directions. If he'd have stood there, she would have told him her life story. Even remarking that she wasn't sure this was a good place to get directions because people may not speak English. (There's a large plaza with a bunch of signage in Korean just up the street, she probably saw it and related the two together.) They weren't from around here and were visiting family for the holiday but they took the wrong exit. It was rather sweet and I couldn't help but smile. I love to see him help people, he's always so friendly and kind and he'll stand there as long as you'll talk.

The other day I went to the grocery store with my mom for some ingredients for dinner. She grabbed a few things for herself as well and at check out I insisted I pay for her groceries as well. She kept refusing to let me pay for her things but finally gave in and was very thankful. Simple acts of kindness makes every ones day better.

I always try to stay positive and make the best out of the worst situations. I love making people laugh and seeing smiles on others faces. I am the "strong" one amongst my friends and family and am the person everyone comes to when they need someone to talk to or a shuolder to cry on. I always try to be there for my loved ones and I am kind of a dork and am a little goofy. I will do what it takes to put a smile on someones face. I've been told I have no shame and I don't it's not worth it. I live life with no regrets and am neither ashamed nor am I embarased of the things I've done and I am a very happy person. I've learned through life not to dwell on the past and always look to the future and I tell people that all the time. To many people concentrate and worry about what they have already done and can't change, when they should be looking at what they can do and the opportunities that there are in this awsome world that can be making them as happy as they choose to be. Some just need pointed in the right direction and pointed forward instead of having one eye looking ahead and the eye behind. Don't forget your past as it is what made you who are today just dont let it keep you down it's past let it go, yet learn from it and move forward with confidence and direction and wear a smile as you go. So keep spreading happiness and laughter my new friends in Edenland and soon the world will be a brighter place.
