When having sex or even just masturbating I find it very hard to keep quiet due to the main fact that I am a screamer... Whats worse is I have chilren so my playtime has to be during certain hours of the day/night, preferrably when they are gone though... Is there anything out there to help quiet myself down, other than burying my head in a pillow?
