Praise for EF!!

I recently did my first points purchase from EF. I got the Zini Ran when it was on sale for $79.99 (free shipping), I got the the toy and it worked for a few days then stopped completely. I wasn't even sure if EF would take it back, but I was REALLY bummed about the toy stopping because we both REALLY liked it! I checked the website and saw that not only did they take returns, but they paid shipping both ways!!

Totally AWESOME!! Now we are having great fun with our Zini Ran again and really grateful for the incredible service at EF!!

EF is kinda awesome about their returns policies. It would be such a shame if you lost the ability to use your Zini Ran that sucker is a staple of my toy box.

Yes, the customer service here is AMAZING! My Zini Seed died on me (never even got it to turn on after 1 second) and EF took the return with no problem.

That is why I love Eden I don't think I would shop here as much if they didn't have an AMAZING return policy Glad you were able to get it replaced

Their return policy is second to none!!! Try to find another place that will allow you to return a faulty vibrator!!!

Glad to hear it! EF always has been really quick and easy to work with on those matters. I recently had to return a defective Vitality and although it took me 2 months to flag down a UPS man to ship it back (we don't have UPS near here, and to send it via my post office they want to charge me all sorts of fees) EF had me a new one within 3 weeks. I like that they are so good about communicating with you on these issues.

That's great. Other sites say that you can't return products like that. EF really is great!
