Is this book trans-friendly?

Judging by the one review, it is not geared toward any gender or sexual preference but rather couples in general. Sabriel does state in the review "is geared for people (both hetero- and homosexual) who are in a long-term relationship, married or otherwise, and are suffering from a decrease in their sex life"
