Hard to say for sure, the EF cock ring was nice and the wipes come in very handy but my #1 fav is my Blush extra long stroker that I won during one of the holiday parties.

The wipes are ridiculously useful! Though my favourite was a bullet that I received way back in the day. I think it was called "sweet treat" ? I can't remember exactly but it was my first vibrating toy so it holds a dear spot in my heart.

One can never have enough wipes, I have a lot because I order a lot of stuff besides the review items. I have given a bunch out to friends, family, people I know will use them for various reasons and I still have a lot.
