They actually make quite a few already, they're just not sold here. As well as the 5 Freaks ones they have 13 modelled on gay porn stars, and they briefly sold 2 glow-in-the-dark ones.

I think they will, because it's not that much extra work to mold a pornstar's cock while they're doing his mouth and ass. And I think there are some who want to experience "the full package" when they buy a Fleshlight from their favorite star(s).
