I can't turn my Bimini Ocean off though I have tried everything, and neither the manual nor any online sources reveal anything else than the charger to be put on to shut it off! Which doesn't happen in my case btw!

Does anyone know about any sources to find troubleshooting for such a vibe?

Why don't you let the power drain, contact Eden customer service and return it for an exchange; there's no troubleshooting information anywhere to be found, not even on the Fun Factory site.

Sounds like a defective unit. I'd just return it. I hope it hasn't been over 60 days. Claiming the warranty might be hard. From what I read, Fun Factory does not honor the 1 year warranty if the toy isn't bought off their own website.
