Defective toy help..

Contributor: Kitka Kitka
I wasn't sure who to ask for advice on my situation but here goes. I bought a Key Vela from a dependable person on the Classifieds but it ended up being a defective toy when it arrived to my house.

I don't have the original receipt because the person I bought it from bought the toy, but she doesn't have the receipt anymore. There is a warranty on Jopen toys but I'm not sure they'll replace it for me. What do you think I can do? Any advice is welcome.

She should be able to print the receipt from the dashboard/orders if she got it from EF. Otherwise contact Jopen directly.

Thank you for the advice, I didn't even think of printing the receipt info from the Dashboard/Orders.

No problem. I had to do it once myself. I usually recycle the ones in the box.

You can have the person who you bought it from fill out Eden's return request and save the shipping label/receipt in pdf format (it gives you this option when you're done filling it out). They could then email it to you, and you can print it out, package it, and drop it off at a UPS place. Hope that helped, and good luck!

Most companies are really good even if you don't have the original receipt.
