Intensity....anyone had a shock when stim was turned off?

Not sure if I should post here or in a different section. Anyways, yesterday something super strange happened with my Intensity and I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

The Intensity was off and I had put the electrode gel on it, inserted and pumped it up. Then I pushed the power button to turn it on and I got a pretty strong shock. I hadn't even turned on the vibrations or e-stim yet, only the power button. It freaked me out but I decided to try again a few minutes later and when I did, everything was normal.

This was the only time I hadn't used lube (only used the gel on the contacts), but that was the only different thing. Has anyone else had this happen?

Yes that has happened to me. I think it only happens to me if it hasn't been used for a few days, like during my period. I always turn it on and off before use now.

Hi Catgirl9,
What you experienced is not normal and would not be because you used the gel. Contact me directly and I can make sure you get a new one under the warranty. robin@jopen.com
