I only know I had one Lelo toy that didn't work when it arrived and EF replaced it right away. It is one reason I kept shopping here. Great customer service. Add that to the reviews and it is still the best place to purchase adult toys.

I think EF is great to work with if you have a problem.

So true. EF solved every issue I ever had with toys (thankfully not too many), and I never had to contact the manufacturer at all.

I bought a lelo product from eden and it stopped working in about 8 months. I called Lelo and they gave me instructions on how to return it. I sent it to I think CA 2-3 day priority on a Monday. Wednesday the following week a new one arrived from China. Has been working fine for over a year. I thought 9-10 days wait or a replacement was great. Shipping cost $5. I was very happy with their customer service.
