My money's tight at the moment, and the Heart Wedge is cheaper... I just wonder whether it's a suitable alternative or whether/why it's worth it to get the regular Wedge. What do you think?

It depends on your size, really, and how you want to use it. Heart Wedge is not as tall, long or solid as the regular Wedge, and does not support the hips well of larger people.
