Depends. I have the ramp and the Jaz. The ramp was a total waste of money because it doesn't work with my husband and my heights. The Jaz gets used most everytime we have sex. It helps position him more toward my G-spot as well as lifts me closer to him. That makes it easier on him. It also is pretty comfy to be on.
