I got Icicle 4 today and after using only twice, I noticed that the pink coloring was flaking off! Anyone else have that problem?

I have the 24, I think it's colored all through the glass since it's just one color. I don't know whether the flaking is normal, sorry!

If the color is flaking off, I would send it back. The color should be molded into the glass, not painted on.

I have had a No.4 for about three months with no signs of damage.

Sorry to hear that! We have a warranty policy where you can exchange defective merchandise for a new replacement model within 90 days of purchase as long as you have a copy of your receipt.

I thought it was colored glass, until I noticed pink flakes on everything. I don't think I can return it. It was a gift, so I have no receipt, and the person who sent it to me ordered it from a company that is not EdenFantasys.
