How can i clean it to get that new smell out of it? Also, how can i warm the flesh to make it feel more realistic?

There are a few things you can do to get rid of the smell. Firstly, try wiping it with a toy cleaner - see if that helps. A mild soap with a soft fragrance could be nice, as well.
