Any special storage instructions for VIP super soft?

I was wondering if there are any special recommendations regarding storage of dildos made with the super soft silicone such as the VIP super soft? For example, it is recommended that VixSkin dildos be stored upright in their original boxes to maintain their original shape. I'd rather not have to store it in its original box, but I'd also prefer to not damage it. Thanks.

Well I store my Goodfella on its side in the box that it came in and haven't had a problem yet. I didn't even know they should be stored upright to be honest.

I think the rationale for storing upright on the base is to prevent any permanent indents or impressions from forming on the soft outer silicone. I store my Goodfella upright because it is too valuable to me to damage in any way. Does anyone know if there are similar recommendations for the O2 line?

I have Maverick on his side and he seems to be doing ok so far. For the O2 line, I have no idea.

No, there are no special storage instructions for the Supersoft items. Full disclosure - I am a terrible toy collector, and mine are chucked haphazardly in their storage case. I also have a number of supersoft prototypes in my office on a shelf, and none have ever lost their shape.

The only caution I give people is that we have had instances where the black lining of a storage case (specifically made for sex toys, BTW) was waterproofed with something that discolored the toy. I had a very upset customer whose Vamp got blotchy after being stored in this particular case, so while I am not worried about the position of Tantus toys, I would use some caution in choosing where to to store them. Hope that helps! And enjoy your new Supersoft VIP

I store my Maverick on his side simply because he's too large to even consider storing upright! No problems here either

Blotchy? Yikes! That doesn't sound like something anyone would want! ...You'd think waterproofing would be colour-less...

Yeah, it was really weird. With the pale coloring of the Vamp, it looked bruised in the pictures I saw. Verrrry non-sexy.

I haven't heard anything like this about the O2 line. I've had my O2 Mark for a few months now and I'm not exactly careful with my toys...he gets thrown around a lot, bops around in my drawer, inside his storage bag, outside his storage bag...No damage so far as I can tell! Still looks brand new.

I've had my Tex sitting in a drawer (I didn't know about sitting them upright) and nothings happened to it. Still looks like new (has a little lint, but whatever).

Egads, was this the infamous For Your Nymphomation scandal? I remember Carrie Ann had some toys ruined that way, too I should note that I've stored Tantus silicone in Devine toy boxes and the like without issue, in case anyone is looking for a non-bleeding/dye-leach ing container!

I just got this, and it was a question I wanted to know too. I know that I cant store it with my jellies because the two matrials are bad togeather, but I also know that silicone is a dust magnet. Plus I'd rather not have to go in a box each time I want it, any sugestions?

I have the exact same problem but with all my toys. I keep em in a locked box and it's kind of hindered my playtime cause I think. "Do I want to take it out of the box?"

I know some people put their silicone lint magnets (hehe) in ziploc bags. There are even some toy bags made by people in certain toy communities especially for these materials.
