The Ace Plug Small. I love the large too but from a design perspective, the small is really an amazing toy with no real flaws. I'm interested in the Echo and Ripple as well but don't have those so no clue about how good they are.

For my wife, she's a definite, ardent fan of the Squirt/Captain...and in fact has given a few as presents to girlfriends at a shower or two. (I think Tantus is phasing those out though, right?)
From my perspective, the Ryder gets the most play, and is pretty well flawless. The Tulip plugs are increasing in rotation too.

My wife, on the other hand, can tell you without a doubt, that her favorite Tantus toy is the Mystic. It is an attachment for her Hitachi wand. No, scratch that. It is "THE" attachment for the Hitachi wand.
