Have you tried using a lube to insert exerciser? Maybe your exerciser is a little big for you?

I'm with newlady here. Did you try some lubricant? Many sex toys can be hard to insert without using external lubricant. Wet has a lot of affordable lubricants that would work.

The best Lube i have tried so far is "Pink", it does not just lubricates, but heals also.

The advice I got was to always lubricate when using the exercisers.
