I want to start off by saying thank you to the Eden Customer Service Team. I have had a few defective toys. A few messages back and forth with customer service and myself and the problems were solved with the issuance of a gift card or replacement toy. I work in a customer service environment as well and I know how difficult it can be to keep customers happy. I tip my cap to the Eden Customer Service Team. Thanks for being great!

I'd like to start off by saying that when I found this site I was skeptical but I put in my first order anyways and was pleased now that I've went to make a 2nd order a big order at that, the outfit don't match up to the description of the outfit the website and the outfit itself don't match up at all and customer service is being unreasonable I'm asking for a refund or exchange I'd prefer an exchange for an item that matches the price I spent on this outfit. Don't get me wrong I enjoy Eden Fantasys but I'm not sure why I'm getting flack from customer service I'm hoping this will catch their attention proper
