Today I received my order that came bundled with complimentary free Pleasure Droplet link
When I first turned it on and off, it worked fine. However, after having one session with it and wanting to turn it off, it just wouldn't. Either it would A.) power up completely and cycle between the modes with each successive click or B.) when the button is pressed down all the way to turn it off, it just stays on a low vibration mode.
To see if maybe charging it would sort of reset it, I plugged it in, but it only made the vibe stronger. I decided to let it vibrate for an hour before it ran out of juice and tried charging it again. Sure enough, same problem.
Since it's a free item, I wasn't sure if creating a support ticket was the only thing I should do. Thank you in advanced for your time!
