#AskEden - Worried my recently arrived items are messed up!

So, I got my Mona 2 and Gold Laced G yesterday. I have been really excited, but now I'm pretty certain the Mona 2 is malfunctioning and the Gold Laced G may have defects too.

I plugged my Mona 2 to charge last night, and it charged for about a half hour, then the light was steady... but when I unplugged and replugged it would blink again for a few minutes, then go steady. From what I read, it's supposed to charge for 2 hours. Now, I started it up because it wasn't blinking, and the motor sounds really weird, on low, it sounds pretty loud, and the motor sounds like 2 marbles clinking together. When I put it in a certain position incredibly loud (mostly with the tip pointing toward the floor). Also, when it is turned up in vibrations, it will intermittent do the clinking sound. Then when I messed with the jack while it was still plugged in, it would start blinking again, or when I picked it up, the lights would go out even when it was plugged in. I'm pretty sure this is malfunctioning, but wanted to know what other people thought.

Also, with the Gold Laced G, not sure if it's a problem, but there are small short scratches (only a few) on it, that catch on my nail a little, but not felt when rubbing on my hand. It also has a lot of bubbles on the gold glass, and there are a few that I can catch my nail on, that pull.

These are my second and third toys owned ever, so I have no idea what is bad or not. Wanted to ask before I submitted a ticket. Thanks. less

yes def submit support tickets. do you know how to? and if you end up doing a return, returns are easy with eden. i'm not familiar with the mona. glass toys may have bubbles and imperfections but if it's flaws that you can feel I would not consider that to be safe. I've never had any glass toys that had any that would catch. less
